Ok, so I read the newspaper yesterday (Halloween) and asked him to watch out for cars without blinking light and no light head or HONK HORN. Now a group has had the gang initiation or something, and if you were honking or flashing lights or the Bloods and Crips blow, and get everyone in the car, so what do you think such nonsense?
